When can I move in?
You can move in anytime, renting directly from our website 24/7. Our website can take your payment, process the lease and give you an access code to get in. Just bring your own padlock. If you prefer to rent the unit in person, just give us a call to make an appointment.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
All contracts are month-to-month. Email us at info@robinsonstorage.com a day before the next month so we can move you out.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise. Ask management about yearly corporate rates.

How do I make a payment?
You can make payment by phone, website or mail. We offer auto-payment for credit/debit cards.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.

Do you sell boxes, locks and storage supplies?
No. We recommend Staples at 6521 Steubenville Pike, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item. Floors 2, 3 and 4 have a 100lb/S.F. maximum weight load. If storing very heavy items, please contact management about a unit on the 1st floor or outside.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.
